Just a brief note, to Thank you and Ryan for the excellent customer service and commitment to the Holiday Inn Chicago North Shore. We are in the customer service business also, and it’s great to get the attention and follow up that your team delivered. We had many challenges, opening our new Ballroom, and each time you or Ryan were here to help us out. Redesigning and making changes to our wall system, while at the same time allowing us to make use of the space! Thank you for problem free solutions to our new facility!
